As both a consultant and corporate executive, Dawn has helped multiple retailers and consumer companies sharpen and accelerate their digital transformations to meet rapidly changing customer behaviors and expectations around convenience and personalization. Dawn’s previous roles include SVP of Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, and Analytics at Cengage Learning, Head of Omni-Channel Strategy and Execution at both CVS Health and Staples, as well as multiple Marketing and Product innovation leadership positions at Caribou Coffee and Best Buy.

Mike Chissler leads all operations, development and strategy as the Chief Operating Officer for Holler & Dash, a fine-casual biscuit house with seven locations in the Southeast. Mike started his journey at 15 working at McDonald's and moving up to the Director of Operations. He then joined Cracker Barrel and rose through the ranks to become Chief Operating Officer prior to moving over to Holler & Dash.
