Recognition for our digital transformation expertise by the world's leading technology company, our first Digital Summit and an expanded leadership role in all things Sitecore and AEM are just a few of the highlights from Sagepath's events with our partners in 2017.
Sagepath’s leadership and Adobe team attended the Adobe Summit in March, where we gained more in-depth knowledge about Adobe’s product offerings to help our clients using AEM get more out of their investment. When AEM 6.3 was released in April, we were already well-versed in the new enhancements and hit the ground running to make digital transformation a reality for our AEM-based clients.
Our team scored a lot of insider knowledge at the Adobe Summit in Las Vegas.
We mingled and networked with the world’s leading CIOs, CMOs and CTOs at the Gartner Symposium/ITExpo in San Diego in May where we talked about innovations in the MarTech space, and we won’t lie—we are very excited to be recognized for our digital commerce implementations by Gartner, who named Sagepath as a valued e-commerce vendor in the 2017 Digital Commerce Vendor Guide.

In June Sagepath hosted our first AEM Component Showcase & Digital Asset Management Implementation event. The event included representatives from UPS, Coca-Cola, and International Hotel Group (IHG) as well as leading independent consultants, who joined us to learn best practices in digital assessment management and developing Adobe Experience Manager implementations.

June also brought some very gratifying recognition of our e-commerce expertise when Sagepath was named as one of the Top 20 E-commerce Agencies in Atlanta by AgencyCritic.com.
Sagepath was the location for the Ladies That UX Show + Tell meetup in July, a monthly event for sharing ideas and positively supporting each other in the UX industry. Members presented their work and received plenty of helpful critiques and feedback from their peers.

Leading into the 4th quarter, we were also proud to be a sponsor at the Sitecore Symposium in Las Vegas in October, where we participated in many marketing, strategy, and technical breakouts to stay on top of Sitecore's latest functionalities and strategies. We left with the inside scoop on the upcoming release of Experience Platform Version 9 and immediately set to work setting the stage for our clients using Sitecore to get the most out of this latest version when it was released later that year.

A highlight of the past year has to be the overwhelming success of our first Sagepath Digital Summit in November. Digital leaders from across the country gathered in Sagepath’s office to share insights and learn about upcoming trends in the industry. From digital transformation to monetizing traffic in digital channels, attendees enjoyed freewheeling discussions, fresh viewpoints and informative case studies.
