Customers spend an abundance of time in the research stage, overwhelmed by the process and overloaded with too much information. Shaw needed a solution to shrink the selling cycle, instill customer confidence, and drive increased conversion and loyalty.

Approach

We simplified the journey for customers, guiding them through a more effective and efficient experience to explore Shaw's full line of flooring and related products. We optimized how selections are visualized and closed the loop with dealers.

Solution

Built in Kentico, interactive 3D room scenes, augmented reality, product trend galleries, and day-in-the-life storytelling provide customers inspiration and tools at every turn, blurring the line between the online and in-store showroom experience.

Using the concept of “day-in-the-life storytelling”, we were able to demonstrate Shaw's full line of products in everyday life scenarios, highlighting features and benefits, while providing customers with inspirational ideas to update the look of their home

To nurture customers beyond the sale, our team also introduced voice technology to Shaw's suite of tools, providing convenient access to helpful tips on care and maintenance, and a future channel to market Shaw's full line of related products.
