Making Selecting Floors Simple
With so many choices of flooring, Shaw approached us to design and promote a mobile app that would make finding the perfect flooring simple for consumers. The mobile app had to drive consumers to their nearest Shaw dealer in order to make the sale.
Floorvana Brings It Home
To create a solution, our UX and design team worked with Shaw’s proprietary color matching technology to build an app with the style expected of Shaw Floors. The result was Floorvana. The app allows users to upload any photo on their phone, or take a photo, and the solution suggests flooring options with complementary color schemes.
Getting the Word Out
To coordinate and promote the launch of Floorvana, we produced a thirty-second spot that ran on HGTV and at Shaw Floors’ bi-annual convention that brings together thousands of Shaw retailers from across the country.
5-Star Review in App Store
Consumers loved the app’s ease of use and gave rave reviews in the App Store. Retailers also took advantage of the app and began to use it in sales presentations, leading to more consumers choosing Shaw Flooring over the competition.
